With recent changes to its personnel, including the retirement of both its sales & marketing and technical directors, Fulton Inc has restructured its UK business and appointed a new managing director and sales and marketing manager.
Paul Richards joins the company as managing director bringing extensive knowledge of high-pressure steam and level control systems having previously worked for Solatron. Paul is joined by Carl Knight as UK & European sales and marketing manager, who joins Fulton from Spirax Sarco.
Commenting on the announcement, Fulton"s new UK managing director Paul Richards says: "The changes haven’t just stopped with management appointments. We have also restructured and changed the trading name from Fulton Boiler Works (GB) Limited to Fulton Limited, as we feel it better reflects the business and markets we now operate in.
Richards commented: “Once just a steam boiler manufacturer, we now specialise in the design and manufacture of energy efficient products and ready-to-ship skid mounted and fully packaged boiler plant rooms to meet the current demand for off-site fabrication.” He continued: “We also put great emphasis in providing sales and application advice and a full commissioning and after sales service to a growing customer base in hospital and healthcare facilities, food and beverage processing, laundries and other applications.”
Proof of these changes come from Fulton’s continuing innovation and investment in research and development, which has resulted in the recent introduction of its new VMP vertical tubeless boiler, ModSync boiler sequencing system and TDS energy recovery system.
Fulton’s design and manufacturing resources are shared and coordinated around the world, but no matter where the product originates, it will always be produced to the highest quality in a facility that is wholly owned and managed by the Fulton Group, which remains a privately owned family business.
