Online induction software
Published:  10 June, 2015

iiinduct.me.jpginduct.me, says it specialises in innovative online induction software - designed to save companies time and money inducting their workforce quickly and consistently, and minimising the health and safety risk.

The company says last year, HSE reported 78,000 injuries to employees reported under RIDDOR and 629,000 injuries at work from the Labour Force survey (2013/14). This equated to 28.2 million working days lost due to work-related illness or injury.

In a high risk work environment, the need for an effective induction process can be fundamental to limiting incidents in the workplace. induct.me is a web-based system, allowing for the seamless and consistent induction of contractors and employees, across multiple locations.

Debbie Plumridge, induct.me manager commented: “Designing and delivering relevant induction packages can be a costly and complex task. induct.me has been created to reduce the heavy admin from the induction process, as well as provide employers with the ability to maintain a secure record of all their inductees.”

The company will be exhibiting at the Safety and Health Expo at ExCel London from 16th to 18th June 2015 – stand T2000.
